Let me start with saying....
I truly feel grateful that I was selected to be part of such an important day by my clients.
I believe that this is YOUR day and it should be the way you have dreamed about it. You should not have to make concessions for us, we work for you. And we work hard for you. You will be my only bride on your wedding day. But I am getting ahead of myself.
Here is what I think you want to know.
First it is a $300 payment to hold your wedding date. This payment is the purchase of your wedding album cover set and all the pages and mats. This is non refundable.
Yes we have packages. This is what is included in every package.
Complimentary engagement session, black&white portraits for the newspaper announcements, and a copyright release of any engagement image so you can use it for anything you need, such as announcements, programs, wedding cards, unity candle, or whatever else your imagination comes up with. Prewedding consultation, album design consultation, password protected webgallery, our time and talent.
We sit down together and have a wonderful conversation/consultation to discuss every aspect of your wedding and how you want your day to unfold. We record all the portraits you would like created and we set up the time line of the day to fit your desires. This is also when you choose which package you would like and make the package fee payment.
After your wedding you will see your originals in just one week! And as an added bonus your wedding originals will be on a password protected viewing web site for you. You can share your wedding poses with anyone you wish with just a push of a button. Now that you have seen your originals and love them, you will make a payment of the minimum album order amount. This is just a retained amount of money that you will use later when you are designing your album.
Speaking of designing your album....we will sit down with you and help you in the process of making a very special album. We will be able to show you all your option in album styles, mat selections, color choices, portrait sizes, and even special effects. We are professionals and that is why you hired us. Designing an album can be overwhelming and even stressful. But we will guide you through it with ease and in the end you will have ownership in the design and love your wedding album.
We even have a new album that is truly amazing. It comes in 2 sizes and is like no other traditional album you have seen. Remember to ask us about the Visions Album.
Now a little about me. I have been photographing weddings since 1993. I am a member of the local, state, and national Professional Photographers Association, I have served as president of the CMPPA for 4 years, on the State board for 4 years, I have three college degrees and am currently working on my Master Photographer from the PPA. I am a member of our local Chamber of Commerce.
When I am at your wedding I will have an assistant with me that will be doing all the organizing so I can concentrate on creating the images that later will bring a smile to your face...and maybe even a tear of joy and remembrance of the day.
Other basic questions
YES two of our packages include the originals in a nice proof book. If you choose a smaller package that does not include them you may still purchase the full set in a preview book
YES we travel all over the state. We will travel 50 miles round trip at no charge to you. After that there is a .35 charge per mile. Travel time is on us and is not part of the time in your package.
YES you can buy your files in 2 years. We will store them safely and properly for you for the first 2 years.
YES we work with you to create the style of images you are most interested in.
